Lucy understands that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. lucysfitness goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. She strongly believes that balance is the key to a healthy lifestyle. 

 Lucy will take your fitness goals seriously and will work with you to achive them. 



I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I started my training in England UK, training as a Sports Therapist. I then went onto train in Holistic Therapy, which I felt complimented each other as fitness, health and well-being is best achieved with a holistic approach.

Other qualifications/training have been in the UK & the USA include: RSA exercise to music, step teaching, Speedo Aquatic fitness, Body Combat, Turbo Kick, National Academy of Sports medicine certified personal trainer, Certified Apex Fitness professional and pre/post natal exercise training.

I have lived, worked and trained in the UK (England/Scotland), the US (Connecticut, New Jersey, Alabama, Florida), Italy and Germany.

I have worked in various gyms, fitness facilities, clubs, schools and military installations.

I set up in 2007 while teaching Boot Camps in Alabama and this allowed me to continue training clients from afar online...

I have trained a wide range of clients from children to elderly and have worked with US military personnel to include Air Force, Navy and Marines as part of their program to pass their mandatory physical assessments.

My personal hobbies include travel, learning different cultures/foods. I enjoy running and have taken part in many fun runs, half marathons and 4 full marathons which include: London, Disney Florida, Pensacola Florida and Loch Ness, Scotland.

I have trained in Taekwondo attaining brown belt status.

I enjoy dancing and was privileged to train with an ex Moscow ballet dancer for a short time in Germany.

I enjoy all different types of exercise and love to mix up my training.

All this helps me to push my clients so they can reach their fitness goals and keep up with my four beautiful children.
