Before I started bootcamp I had no motivation for exercise and was really unfit. Now I feel so much fitter and have lost over half a stone in weight. My clothes feel better and I feel stronger and am now able to do exercises that I was unable to do before.

Lucy is very encouraging and supportive.
I still have a long way to go towards my end goal but have never felt better and I can’t wait to work with Lucy again to complete my journey!

All classes have been fun and motivational. It's been great working out with friends and meeting new people, who were all lovely. The daily homework was achievable and made me get into a good routine. I will miss class but look forward to our new class in January.
