Future BootCamp Dates

Blocks run for 6 or 4 week, training sessions are twice a week. The price is for the block for either 1 or 2 training sessions per week. You can also pay as you train for £8 per class if space available.

Boot camps are a fun, effective way to reach your fitness goals...

We meet twice a week outdoors for an hr of training. 

Classes are designed  with many variations to choose from dependent on your current fitness level. 

If you can walk you can join Boot Camp!!!
